Twilight Zone == Edukshunal?

Welcome DaveDorm readers. I'm sure you'll be quite disappointed by what you have come to see.Or something like that. In any event, let's all wish Dave luck in his posting. Today, in addition to being philanthropic, I popped on an episode of The Twilight Zone I like off the old DVR. I noticed that it was preceeded by a Cable in the Classroom bumper. Cable in the Classroom is a program that gives educators a free pass to record the program and show it in class. Programs are normally selected as they serve to augment class discussions about various topics. Beyond the absurdity of the program (we don't need no steenking permission to reproduce something for educational purposes), the selection of The Twilight Zone, essentially a morality play baffles me. I guess the schools have changed greatly since I left them, what with No Child Left Behind, whatever the hell that's supposed to be. (By the way, for other fans out the, the episode was "The Private World of Darkness," where ugliness is the norm. Excellent cinematography and cool, sharp reveals make it a classic.)
